Do I need a doctor referral when I visit chiropodist?Doctor's referral is not required for chiropody visits. Chiropodists are one of the primary healthcare provider.

Can I walk in to your clinic?Please kindly book an appointment, we do not accept walk in.

What time are you open?Our clinic opens on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and weekends. Sometimes our operation hours could be adjusted, please kindly book for an appointment before visiting. Mondays Wednesdays Fridays Weekends & Holidays BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please contact us before you arrive.

Are you covered by OHIP?No, chiropodist do not bill OHIP. Chiropodist services are covered by most extended healthcare plans and insurance providers.

Is there any age restriction?There is no age restriction. Anyone is welcome to come for a foot assessment.

What is Chiropodist/ Podiatrist and is there any difference ？Chiropodists and Podiatrists are regulated health professionals who assess, diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions of the foot. The main difference between the two is where they were trained and educated. Practitioners who are educated in the US or came to Ontario before 1993 are known as podiatrists, while those trained in Ontario or came to Ontario after 1993 are called chiropodists.

Is there any parking available？Yes, there are thousands of free indoor and outdoor parking spots available. If you park underground, there are elevators that access to the 3rd floor close to out clinic.

How does direct billing work?You can provide your insurance card when you visit. If it is qualified, we will then submit your bill online to obtain payment directly to the clinic.

Do you offer direct billing for insurance?We offer direct billing for most chiropody/podiatric services if they are supported by your insurance plan. However, If direct billing is not supported, we will send you all the required documents for you to submit them directly. We encourage you to contact your insurance company regarding what they cover and if they allow direct billing.
