Custom Made Orthotics

Custom made foot orthotics are custom specifically designed shoe inserts prescribed by the foot specialists. They help to prevent pain and injuries, alleviate pain and speed up the healing process, as well as improve biomechanical functions of the foot and lower limb.

Our foot specialist/chiropodist will first intake your medical history and conduct a biomechanical assessment & gait analysis, then a 3D laser scan/plaster of Paris/foambox will be used to capture a cast of your feet. Most orthotics will take approximately 2 weeks to be made, however we will accommodate you with a rush order if needs to be done urgently depending how severe is your condition or your needs.

Custom orthotics help with many problems and preventions, such as: Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendinitis, Morton's Neuroma, Flat feet/pes planus, high arch/pes cavus, bunion, ankle pain, foot injury, heel spur, knee pain, hip pain, back pain, Shin splint,…etc. They also help with sports injury prevention and performance, such as soccer, basketball, skating, skiing, badminton, table tennis, biking/cycling, running, jumping, heavy lifting,…etc.

Orthopedic shoes are shoes that are designed to have supportive features such as firm heel counter, extra width and depth in the toebox, extra torsional stability,...etc. They can be prescribed by a foot specialist/chiropodist, and custom modifications may be required depending on the findings of the biomechanical assessment & gait analysis.
